Jed Simon Founder & CEO
Jed Simon is the Founder and CEO of FastPay. Mr. Simon founded the Reverse Group in 2006, an international content licensing and distribution company, which he sold in 2009. He is 10-year veteran of the DreamWorks SKG organization, most recently serving as VP International Marketing and Distribution for DreamWorks Pictures, based in London. Prior to that Mr. Simon was responsible for new media, finance, and marketing for DreamWorks Records. Mr. Simon began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. as an investment banker and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University.
Mark BaranStrategy & Technology
Mark Baran manages operations and technology at FastPay. His specialty is dynamic languages, particularly Ruby, Clojure, and Java. As part of FastPay, he is managing the deployment of new technologies to streamline the application process, improve the customer experience, and apply computational techniques to manage risk more efficiently. He graduated with honors from Harvard University, where he majored in an interdisciplinary curriculum combining Economics and Philosophy.
Aaron WeinsteinMarketing & Operations
Aaron has spent the last 25 years working in the entertainment industry, the last ten years as a senior executive with two major entertainment and brand marketing companies, overseeing all aspects of production, marketing, web development, creative services, e-commerce, media buying, fulfillment, customer service and operations. Aaron is a Cum Laude graduate of Emerson College in Boston with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. Aaron also serves on the Board of Directors for Happy Trails for Kids, a non-profit organization that aims to provide stability, self-esteem and a sense of community to children in the California foster care system.
Zaleena MohamedAccounting & Client Relations
Zaleena Mohamed has nine years of solid financial, proven business leadership and project management experience. She joins FastPay from Adconion Media where she was a Senior Financial Analyst. Zaleena graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Business and a minor in Accounting.
